The ASUS Zenbook Duo offers a unique dual-screen experience with a high-resolution touchscreen display, making it excellent for multitasking and creative work, though it's less portable due to its weight and size. Its Iris Xe graphics are suitable for light gaming and creative tasks, but it may struggle with more demanding applications compared to the Lenovo LOQ 16i. The ASUS also has a better color-accurate screen, which is beneficial for photo editing. However, it lacks a dedicated number pad and has limited port options, which might be a drawback for some users.
On the other hand, the Lenovo LOQ 16i is a more traditional laptop with a larger 16-inch screen, which is not touch-sensitive but has a higher refresh rate for smoother visuals, beneficial for gaming. It includes a dedicated Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU, making it more capable of handling demanding games, 3D rendering, and machine learning tasks. The Lenovo also offers better thermal management and has a more robust port selection, including HDMI and more USB ports, but sacrifices screen color accuracy and resolution compared to the ASUS. It's also heavier and bulkier, which affects its portability.
In summary, if you prioritize a high-resolution touchscreen, multitasking capabilities, and color accuracy for creative work, the ASUS Zenbook Duo is the way to go. However, if you need better gaming and 3D performance, a larger screen, and more versatile connectivity options, the Lenovo LOQ 16i would be the better choice. Consider your primary use case and whether the unique features of each laptop align with your needs. Give Feedback

How the ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) and the Lenovo LOQ 16i compare to other laptops
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
"Gaming laptops with an RTX 4060 are available starting from about 1,000 Euros (~$1,060), even in 16-inch format. For the supposedly affordable Lenovo LOQ 16 (1,500 Euros, ~$1,591), the manufacturer particularly saves in the equipment and materials compared to the more expensive Legion series. In addition, the LOQ is slightly heavier and more bulky. What remains is anything but a laptop full of difficult compromises. Instead, this is a more than solid gaming laptop that focusses on the 3D performance.Q is slightly heavier and more bulky."
