If you prioritize performance for tasks like engineering or 3D rendering, the ASUS Zenbook Duo with its superior processor and higher RAM would be a better choice. It also offers a dual-screen setup that could enhance productivity and is equipped with features like a backlit keyboard and touchscreen. However, if budget and portability are key concerns, and your needs are more aligned with general use like browsing and document editing, the Gateway 11.6" would be more suitable as it is less expensive and lighter, making it easier to carry. Keep in mind that the Gateway has lower storage capacity, which could limit the amount of data you can store. Give Feedback

"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
