The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers a unique dual-screen experience and is more budget-friendly, making it a solid choice for multitasking and productivity. It's also slightly more portable due to its lighter weight and slimmer design. However, its performance is more suited for everyday tasks rather than intensive gaming or engineering work. The battery life is decent, and the additional screen can be quite useful for certain workflows. On the other hand, the Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 13.5" boasts a higher-resolution display with better color accuracy, making it ideal for creative professionals who need a vibrant and precise screen. It comes with more RAM, which is beneficial for demanding applications, and the newer Intel Core Ultra 7 processor provides robust performance for more intensive tasks, including gaming and engineering software. The Surface Laptop also has a better build quality and a more comfortable keyboard, along with a longer battery life, but it's a bit pricier and less portable than the ASUS. Ultimately, if you prioritize portability, multitasking capabilities, and budget, the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is the way to go. But if you need superior performance, a premium build, and a top-notch display for more demanding tasks, the Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 13.5" is the better investment. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
