The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is more portable, offers better battery life, and is well-suited for general use with its dual-screen feature and touchscreen capabilities, making it a versatile choice for multitasking and productivity. However, the Gigabyte Aorus 7 has a more powerful processor and graphics card combination, more RAM, a higher refresh rate screen, and features like hardware ray tracing and DLSS, making it better suited for intensive gaming, 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering software. Both laptops are similarly priced, so your decision should be based on whether you prioritize portability and battery life or performance for demanding applications. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 7 has a better screen than the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Zenbook Duo 14 with its high-resolution and bright display offers crisp and clear content, but the Aorus 7, with similar qualities, provides slightly better visuals due to a superior panel that enhances user experience. In engineering and design tasks, the Zenbook Duo's ability to represent a wide range of colors is adequate, yet the Aorus 7 delivers more precise color representation, benefiting professional color work. Meanwhile, for 3D and gaming, both laptops fall short as they lack high refresh rates, which are crucial for smooth motion, though they offer decent resolution and panel type for moderate gaming and 3D work.

How the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 and the Gigabyte Aorus 7 compare to other laptops
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
"The Gigabyte Aorus 7 is a gaming laptop that is pitched at perhaps the hardest market to get right: the mid-range. So, unlike high-end gaming laptops that can throw the latest and greatest components together in a bid to attract gamers with plenty of money to spend, or budget gaming laptops that can make wise cuts that are justified as long as the price is low enough, mid-rangers like the Gigabyte Aorus 7 have to balance the two."
