Choosing between the ASUS Zenbook 14 and the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 hinges on your priorities. If budget is paramount, the Zenbook typically provides solid performance at a lower price point, making it a good option for everyday tasks and some light creative work. However, if you need a more robust system for intensive tasks such as engineering software, complex data analysis, or heavy multitasking, the ThinkPad T14 often offers superior build quality, better keyboard, and enterprise features, though it comes at a higher cost. The ThinkPad also tends to have stronger security features, making it a preferred choice for business professionals. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Florian Glaser | August 2022
"Users who travel frequently and are looking for a portable laptop are in the right place with the Asus ZenBook 14. The sleek case is extremely light (1.2 kg) and surprisingly thin (1.5 cm). Outdoor use is also enjoyable thanks to the bright Full HD display, which is something that can rarely be said about laptops with TN or IPS panels. The excellent battery life complements this as well. Longer trips are no problem with the ZenBook 14. Another plus point is the high-performance Ryzen 7 5700U, which often leaves the Intel competition in the dust thanks to its large number of cores."

Benjamin Herzig | December 2023
"We like a lot about this laptop. It has many ports, with the inclusion of RJ45-Ethernet as a defining feature. WWAN is upgradable for maximum flexibility and the ThinkPad has many security functions. Working with the ThinkPad input devices is a lot of fun, and Lenovo puts in a serviceable Low Power panel. The AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U delivers a great performance and does not drain the battery fast. Fan noise and temperatures are nothing special, but also far away from bad. With the user replaceable keyboard, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 has a special feature rarely present on most modern laptops."
