For a balance of performance and versatility, consider the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo. It offers a touchscreen with a high resolution IPS display, suitable for general use and light engineering tasks. The convertible design adds flexibility for different use cases. However, it's pricier and has a less powerful GPU, which might not be ideal for intensive gaming or 3D rendering. The ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED, on the other hand, is more budget-friendly, has a larger OLED screen with higher brightness and contrast, and better color coverage, making it great for media consumption and general use. It also boasts a dedicated GPU, which is beneficial for gaming and more demanding graphics tasks. But, it's less portable, lacks a touchscreen, and has a shorter battery life compared to the MSI. If you prioritize a high-quality display and gaming capabilities within a lower midrange price, the ASUS is a solid choice. If you value a versatile 2-in-1 design and are willing to pay a bit more for it, the MSI might be the way to go. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | July 2022
"The MSI Summit E14 Flip convertible review: a legit alternative to HP, Dell or Lenovo. Instead of taking the 13-inch Summit E13 Flip and simply enlarging it for a 14-inch form factor, the Summit E14 Flip is the full chassis redesign we've been looking for. It loses some of the golden trims of its smaller sibling, but the gains in rigidity and build quality are arguably worth it especially from a professional standpoint where reliability takes priority. It doesn't quite feel as strong as the HP Spectre just yet, but it's certainly getting close."
