The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED offers a vibrant OLED display with higher resolution and pixel density, making it excellent for visual tasks and general use, though it has a lower refresh rate compared to the Razer Blade 15. It's also more affordable and lighter, enhancing its portability. However, its performance is less powerful, with a less capable GPU and CPU, which might not suffice for intensive gaming or engineering tasks. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15, while pricier and heavier, boasts a high-performance CPU and GPU, ideal for demanding tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, and machine learning. Its IPS display has a high refresh rate suitable for fast-motion content, though it falls short in color accuracy compared to the ASUS's OLED panel. The Razer also offers better thermal management and a wider array of ports, including Thunderbolt and USB4, catering to a more professional or gaming-centric user base. In summary, choose the ASUS for its superior display and portability at a midrange price, suitable for general use and content consumption. Opt for the Razer Blade 15 if you prioritize performance for gaming and intensive tasks, and are willing to compromise on portability and cost. Give Feedback

Darragh Murphy | November 2022
"The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED excels as a capable work machine at an affordable price. It offers commendable performance, thanks to its 12th Gen Intel chip, delivers quality on-screen entertainment with its 15.6-inch OLED display, and can (kind of) get you through a full day of work. Oh, and its special Asus Antibacterial Guard is a nice touch for those who like a clean laptop."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | March 2022
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
