For a balance of performance and portability with a stunning OLED display, the ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED is a strong choice, especially if you value a vibrant screen for entertainment or content creation. It offers better color accuracy and a higher refresh rate, which is great for fast-moving visuals. However, it's pricier and heavier than the HP Envy x360 15", which might not be as color-accurate but is more budget-friendly and versatile as a 2-in-1 device. The HP also has a touchscreen, which the ASUS lacks, and could be more suitable if you need a flexible device for note-taking or drawing. The ASUS, with its dedicated GPU, will perform better in graphics-intensive tasks like gaming or 3D rendering, whereas the HP's integrated graphics will suffice for general use and light gaming. Consider the ASUS for its superior display and performance capabilities, but if versatility, touch input, and cost savings are your priorities, the HP Envy x360 15" is the way to go. Give Feedback

LaptopMag

Darragh Murphy | November 2022
"The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED excels as a capable work machine at an affordable price. It offers commendable performance, thanks to its 12th Gen Intel chip, delivers quality on-screen entertainment with its 15.6-inch OLED display, and can (kind of) get you through a full day of work. Oh, and its special Asus Antibacterial Guard is a nice touch for those who like a clean laptop."

CNET

Matt Elliott | January 2023
"Despite its good looks, stellar webcam and comfortable keyboard, the Envy x360 15 is hard to recommend because of its dim, 16:9 display. If the display isn't an issue for you, just be sure to wait for a good sale price. Otherwise, a more modern two-in-one with a 16:10 display such as the Dell Inspiron 16 2-in-1 or Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 provides a larger workspace without adding much to the size and weight of the system."
