For a balance of performance and portability with a stunning OLED display, the ASUS Vivobook S 14 OLED is ideal, especially for creative tasks and general use. It offers better color accuracy and contrast, making it great for media consumption and light photo editing. However, it's pricier and has fewer ports than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3. The IdeaPad, on the other hand, is more budget-friendly, has a larger screen with a touch interface, and a more extensive range of ports, making it a solid choice for everyday tasks and casual use. It's also slightly heavier but more expansive in connectivity options, which could be crucial if you frequently use external devices. If you need a laptop for intensive tasks like gaming or engineering, the ASUS with its dedicated GPU would be the better choice, despite its higher cost and limited upgradeability. Give Feedback

Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | May 2023
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 3i is decent for use as a workstation. Its Intel CPU and integrated graphics can only handle light productivity tasks, not demanding workloads like video editing or 3D graphics. You also can't do any color-critical work because the available displays have a narrow color gamut. It has a good port selection, but its USB-C lacks Thunderbolt 4 support. On the upside, it has a comfortable keyboard and doesn't get hot or loud under load."
