The MSI GP66 Leopard has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook Go 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the ASUS Vivobook Go 15 doesn't stand out due to its lower resolution and dimmer display, while the MSI GP66 Leopard's sharper and brighter screen makes it more comfortable for reading and multimedia. In engineering and design, accurate color representation is crucial, and while the Vivobook's limited color gamut is a disadvantage, the GP66 Leopard's wider gamut meets professional standards, ensuring designs look as intended. Despite its good qualities, the GP66 Leopard falls short for gaming and 3D applications due to a lower refresh rate, which makes it less optimal for fast-paced visuals compared to other gaming-focused laptops.

"The Asus Vivobook Go 15 is a good option if you’re looking for one device to tackle a bunch of smaller problems. For simple school studies, portable evening entertainment or distractions, and getting household admin or light office workloads out of the way, it’s a great little package with respectable battery life, and a great contender for the advent of cloud gaming."
"The MSI GP66 Leopard is a good budget high-performance gamer. The MSI also does a lot right outside of the pure performance despite it's low price. For example, the adaptive cooling system really surprised us positively, even in Extreme Performance Mode. And the display is not a budget panel either, but at least outshines the competition in terms of brightness. Of course, you also have to accept a few compromises in this price category. These include the Leopard's poor battery runtimes and the less than optimal build quality, which is also noticeable in the more complicated maintenance."
