The ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is a budget-friendly option that is significantly lighter on your wallet compared to the HP Dragonfly Pro 14. It is suitable for basic tasks with its modest performance capabilities, convenient for users with general computing needs like web browsing, writing documents, and casual media consumption. However, its lower resolution screen and hardware configurations are less suitable for demanding software applications and multitasking. On the other hand, the HP Dragonfly Pro 14 packs a stronger performance punch suitable for more intensive tasks, including engineering applications or 3D work. It offers a higher resolution screen for sharper visuals and is more likely to handle gaming and machine learning projects. The cost is higher, but for users requiring a powerful, versatile laptop with better display quality and performance, it can be a worthwhile investment. Keep in mind, it is also heavier, which could affect portability if you frequently carry your laptop on the go. Give Feedback

PCWorld

Brendan Nystedt | March 2023
"I’d say that the HP Dragonfly Pro checks off most of the boxes for this freelancer. It feels nice to use, is zippy and responsive, has great speakers, and even has a relatively sane price. Although it’s an unorthodox choice to pick AMD for this kind of machine, it’s clear that when Ryzen is given a chance to shine, it can kick a lot of butt."
