The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 have similar screen quality.
If you're primarily using your laptop for browsing, productivity tasks, or watching videos, both the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 offer displays with sufficient resolution and brightness to ensure a comfortable and crisp viewing experience. For engineering and design purposes, the color accuracy and range are crucial for detailed work, and these laptops provide good coverage of professional color spaces, making them suitable for tasks that involve precise color management. However, for gaming and 3D applications where fluid motion is key, the lower refresh rates on these models could lead to less smooth visuals compared to laptops designed with higher refresh rate displays specifically for those purposes.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" compare to other laptops
"The A16 makes an excellent case against more expensive laptops like the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 and the MSI Katana GF76, especially if you’re into 1080p gaming. However, although its affordable, it doesn’t skimp on performance or a robust chassis. But for me, the biggest factor that sets it apart from these options is its incredible battery life. In my time reviewing laptops, I can’t remember when I last saw a gaming laptop lasted 11 and a half hours on a single charge, which makes the A16, in my book, truly outstanding."
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
