The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 offers better performance for demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering applications due to a higher-end processor and graphics card, but it comes with a higher price and larger size. It has a bigger screen and higher battery capacity but is heavier, making it less portable. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is more affordable and lightweight with a better battery life, making it highly portable, but it is less suitable for intensive activities due to its lower performance hardware. The IdeaPad also has a touchscreen and is more focused on general use with adequate performance for everyday tasks. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro are both good for general use, though the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is somewhat better.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 offers a high-quality screen, powerful CPU, and generous RAM, making it well-suited for general use while also having gaming capabilities, although it's heavier and has shorter battery life compared to the more portable Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro, which also features a high-resolution touchscreen and enough power for everyday tasks along with a longer battery life, but its less powerful processor and integrated graphics make it less suitable for high-performance gaming or intensive tasks. Both laptops have good build quality and screen color accuracy, but trade-offs between portability and raw power will be key considerations.

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
Both the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro offer screens with high resolution and brightness, making them suitable for general use where text clarity and visibility in various lighting conditions are key. For engineering and design, their screens cover a wide range of colors, meaning they can accurately represent the visual nuances required for detailed work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, they fall short due to lower refresh rates, which means they aren't as smooth in displaying fast-paced scenes that are crucial for a fluid gaming or 3D modeling experience.

How the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
