The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 likely offers a high-resolution display and vibrant color reproduction, making it suitable for detailed engineering and design work that relies on accurate color representation. However, for gaming, a screen's refresh rate is crucial for smooth visuals, and the M16 may fall short if it has a lower refresh rate, despite good resolution and panel quality. The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15", offering fair screen quality across the board, probably has a decent resolution and acceptable color accuracy for casual use and non-professional design tasks, but its performance in gaming might suffer due to an inadequate refresh rate.

How the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15" compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 is convincing due to its long battery life. The device scores points especially with its large battery and long battery runtimes combined with its low consumption. The CPU and GPU perform in the test as one would expect, and in line with what was familiar from the somewhat smaller 14-inch sister model, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 14."
