If you prioritize high-performance tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or engineering, and you need more storage, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is a better fit. It boasts a powerful main processor, superior graphics card, and higher refresh rate display. However, it's heavier and has a shorter battery life, making it less ideal for on-the-go use. Conversely, the ASUS Zenbook Duo is lighter and offers longer battery life, suiting those who value portability and have general use cases. It's also more wallet-friendly but has less storage and its integrated graphics won't handle intensive gaming or professional creative work as well as the M16. Give Feedback

Christian Hintze | March 2023
"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
