The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook Go 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16, with its high-resolution display and exceptional brightness, provides crisp and vivid visuals that are essential for general use, while its wide color gamut caters well to engineering and design needs that require accuracy and a broad spectrum of colors. However, its lower refresh rate makes it less ideal for gaming and 3D work, where fluid motion is crucial. The ASUS Vivobook Go 14, on the other hand, offers acceptable quality for everyday tasks and casual design work, but its display properties fall short for both color-sensitive engineering tasks and the fast-paced, high refresh demands of gaming and 3D applications.

"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."
"The lack of a backlit keyboard in this price segment shouldn't sway the buyer the other way. However, it still comes down to user preference. The Vivobook Go 14 is a decent laptop in an extremely competitive price segment. A few omissions are a part of the balancing to reach the price segment. The Asus Vivobook Go 14 is a rare find when it comes to the price to performance ratio."
