The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 offers strong performance for intensive tasks like 3D/Machine Learning and gaming due to its high-end processor and powerful GPU, making it suitable for engineering as well. It is heavier and has a larger screen, and while it has good battery life, it is less portable than some alternatives. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga, although more expensive, is lighter and more portable with its smaller screen and slim design, has a high-quality touchscreen display with 2-in-1 flexibility, and is very suitable for general use and business needs. It lacks the gaming prowess of the ASUS due to a less powerful GPU. Consider the ASUS if performance on demanding tasks and gaming is a priority, while the ThinkPad is the better choice for portability and business use. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Florian Glaser | February 2021
"As long as you're aware of the fact that the GeForce RTX 3080 laptop version can only unfold its potential to a limited extent due to Asus's low TDP setting and that it can be slower than a fast RTX 3070 laptop, the ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503Q cuts a fine figure. One of the biggest highlights turns out to be the WQHD panel, since it attracts customers with 165 Hz, relatively fast response times, FreeSync, and good color-space coverage. Other selling points are the surprisingly rich sound, the long battery life, and the sleek design. In terms of looks, the white edition stands out nicely from the competition."

PCMag

Tom Brant | April 2021
"The ThinkPad X1 Titanium is a showcase of what Lenovo thinks business computing will look like in the near future. People want thinner, lighter laptops with high-quality screens and enough computing power to get their work done. The X1 Titanium achieves these goals with some controversial but innovative design choices, including a redesigned keyboard and a pared-down port selection."
