The ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 offers high performance for 3D, machine learning, and engineering tasks with a powerful processor and advanced graphics, suitable for intensive gaming, but it is heavier and has lower battery life, which might make it less portable. In contrast, the Dell XPS 15 is more portable with a significantly longer battery life and a sleek design, making it ideal for everyday use and business, yet it has less storage and might not perform as well for very demanding tasks due to a less powerful GPU. Choose the ASUS if performance for high-end tasks is a priority, or the Dell XPS for a balance of portability, battery life, and general performance. Give Feedback

How the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 and the Dell XPS 15 compare to other laptops
"Asus continues to refine the ROG Strix Scar lineup with new upgrades. The Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 offers almost everything you would expect from a gaming laptop at this price. The build quality is great, connectivity options are decent, and there is enough scope for internal upgrades as well. Asus reverts to membrane switches for the keyboard — though not as "clickety" as the opto-mechanical ones we saw with last year's model, they still make for a decent typing and gaming experience. The lack of biometrics in any form is a downer."
"The 2023 Dell XPS 15 is more or less exactly what you'd expect from the company flagship. Its fresh components deliver measurably superior power and longevity, while the machine's premium build and design remain intact. It may not be overly exciting, but XPS loyalists and upgraders should be more than happy."
