The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is a solid choice for gaming and engineering tasks, offering a powerful AMD Ryzen 9 processor and an Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti GPU that supports hardware ray tracing and DLSS, enhancing gaming and rendering performance. Its 144Hz refresh rate and 16:9 aspect ratio are great for fast-paced games, and the 16GB of RAM is ample for multitasking. However, it's heavier and less portable than the Lenovo, with a bulkier design and shorter battery life. On the other hand, the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i is a premium business laptop with a high-resolution Mini LED display that boasts excellent color accuracy and brightness, making it ideal for professionals who need a vibrant and detailed screen for tasks like photo editing. The laptop is also more portable, with a thinner and lighter design, and offers a better typing experience with its backlit keyboard. It comes with the latest Windows 11 Home and has a more modern selection of ports, including Thunderbolt 4. The RTX 4050 GPU will handle general use and light gaming well, but it may not match the gaming and engineering performance of the ASUS. In summary, if you prioritize performance for gaming and engineering tasks and don't mind a bulkier laptop, the ASUS ROG Strix G15 is the way to go. However, if you value portability, battery life, and a superior display for general use and content consumption, the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i is the better option. Give Feedback

Marius Schell | February 2021
"The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is a successful high-performance 15-inch laptop. The Asus ROG Strix impresses with an elaborate design and fast hardware. The latter can unleash its potential well in the large 15-inch case and achieve a decent performance boost compared to the previous generation. Especially the stunning 300 Hz display as well as the RTX 3070 and its generous TDP give gamers their money's worth. Asus didn't neglect seemingly small details, either, such as the keyboard and the maintenance options. The ROG Strix G15 offers a lot of pure performance and excellent workmanship in a 15-inch format, but connectivity leaves something to be desired."
