The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is more affordable and lighter, making it better for portability. Its battery capacity is lower, which may affect its longevity away from a power source. This laptop suits everyday use and some gaming. In contrast, the Gigabyte Aorus 17H is pricier with a significantly larger screen and a more powerful graphics card, making it better for intensive gaming, 3D work, and engineering tasks. It has a high-resolution display and improved color accuracy, contributing to better overall visual experiences. However, it's heavier and bulkier, so it's less convenient to carry around. How the ASUS ROG Strix G15 and the Gigabyte Aorus 17H compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is a successful high-performance 15-inch laptop. The Asus ROG Strix impresses with an elaborate design and fast hardware. The latter can unleash its potential well in the large 15-inch case and achieve a decent performance boost compared to the previous generation. Especially the stunning 300 Hz display as well as the RTX 3070 and its generous TDP give gamers their money's worth. Asus didn't neglect seemingly small details, either, such as the keyboard and the maintenance options. The ROG Strix G15 offers a lot of pure performance and excellent workmanship in a 15-inch format, but connectivity leaves something to be desired."
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
