The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 offers superior performance with a more powerful processor and dedicated graphics, making it better suited for intensive engineering tasks, 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming. However, it comes at a higher price and is slightly less portable due to its weight. On the other hand, the MSI Prestige 14 is more affordable and offers better battery life, which might be more appealing for general use, and it's also slightly more portable. It has integrated graphics, though, which are less powerful for demanding tasks. If portability and battery are priorities, consider the MSI, but if performance is key, the ASUS could serve better. NotebookCheck

Andreas Osthoff | March 2022
"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."

Tech Radar

Collin Probst | September 2022
"The MSI Prestige 14” is excellent for productivity and business use cases, but it is not ideal for creators or visual content editors. The Prestige was able to power through days of email, spreadsheets, and text documents without breaking a sweat and was a joy to use. The additional ports were a breath of fresh air, as most laptops seem to be moving towards just Thunderbolt ports. The security options made signing in effortless, with two quick, more secure, and faster options than even the most complex alphanumeric passcode."
