The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is positioned as an upper midrange laptop with a detachable keyboard that allows it to be used both as a laptop and a tablet, indicating higher versatility. It has an Intel i9 processor and Nvidia RTX graphics, which makes it suitable for intensive tasks, including 3D work, machine learning, or gaming. The HP Pavilion 15, on the other hand, is a budget laptop with more modest specifications, including an Intel i3 processor and Intel UHD graphics, suggesting it's better suited for general use rather than performance-heavy applications. It also has a larger screen but a lower resolution display compared to the ASUS. Considering portability, the ASUS is lighter and has a more portable design. The HP has a longer battery life, beneficial for extended use without charging. If performance for demanding applications and versatility is a priority and within budget, opt for the ASUS. If you're looking for a more affordable option for everyday tasks and prioritize longer battery life, go for the HP Pavilion 15. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Andreas Osthoff | March 2022
"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."

TechRadar

Alex Cox | August 2022
"The HP Pavilion 15 carries a fair amount of power and a sharp display in its handsome slimline shell. It's not perfect, but it's a hard worker. This is wonderfully designed and totes a heck of a lot of desktop power, with the added benefit of a decent webcam and a full-sized keyboard. If you're getting down to business on a budget, it's a great fit."
