For everyday tasks like web browsing, email, and streaming, the ASUS R410MA is a cost-effective choice, offering decent performance and excellent battery life in a lightweight design. However, it falls short in display quality and isn't suitable for demanding tasks like gaming or engineering work. On the other hand, the Asus ROG Strix Scar 17 X3D is a powerhouse designed for high-end gaming and intensive tasks such as 3D rendering and machine learning, thanks to its top-tier GPU and CPU. It also boasts a superior display with high resolution and refresh rate, making it ideal for fast-paced gaming and professional graphics work. The tradeoff is its premium price, heavier weight, and shorter battery life, which might not be as travel-friendly or budget-conscious. If you prioritize performance and display quality for gaming or professional work and are willing to compromise on portability and cost, the Asus ROG Strix Scar 17 X3D is the way to go. Conversely, if you need a laptop for basic use and value battery life and portability over raw power, the ASUS R410MA is the better option. Give Feedback

PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | August 2021
"The Asus Laptop L410 is a super-affordable PC, even among budget notebooks, compromising on the display and processing power to deliver a serviceable Windows machine with good battery life and useful ports. The build is reasonably solid, there’s a good mix of ports, battery life is long enough, and it can perform basic everyday tasks. On the flip side, the screen is poor, anything other than basic tasks is a tough ask, and it has little memory and even less storage."
