Choosing between the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the HP 250 G10 involves weighing the importance of performance, build quality, display, and cost. The MacBook Pro is significantly more expensive, but for the higher price, it offers a more powerful processor, a high-resolution, better-quality display, and longer battery life. Its build is more compact and lighter, making it highly portable, and it operates silently without fans. On the other hand, the HP 250 G10 is far more affordable. It offers a larger screen but lower screen resolution, and it's heavier, which impacts portability. It has a longer battery life and includes additional ports which can be convenient. The MacBook Pro is better suited for demanding tasks like video editing, while the HP should suffice for lighter use like word processing and web browsing. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) is only fair for gaming and AI, while the HP 250 G10 is poor.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13, with its Apple M2 integrated GPU, offers better performance for 3D applications than the HP 250 G10, which has an Intel UHD Graphics GPU and is therefore less capable in rendering complex visuals. However, despite the MacBook's higher 3D performance, many popular games may not run on its MacOS operating system, which limits its gaming potential compared to Windows-based systems like the HP 250 G10.

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) with its superior Apple M2 processor, advanced GPU, and high-resolution IPS display is better suited for engineering and design tasks that demand high CPU and screen quality, while the HP 250 G10, despite having more RAM, falls short due to its less capable Intel N200 processor, basic Intel UHD Graphics, and lower quality TN display. Additionally, the MacBook Pro's excellent build quality, silent operation, and portability make it a better overall choice for such professional use, even though the HP may have a numeric keypad and more physical connectivity options.

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 has a better screen than the HP 250 G10 for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The MacBook Pro's high-resolution and bright display, alongside its wide color gamut, offers crisp visuals and accurate colors for general use and is particularly beneficial for engineering and design tasks that require precision in color representation. However, its standard refresh rate limits its performance for 3D applications where smoother motion representation is crucial. On the other hand, the HP 250 G10's lower quality display doesn't provide the clarity, brightness, nor the color accuracy expected for neither general use nor professional tasks, and its lackluster refresh rate makes it less suitable for gaming and 3D work.

"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The HP 250 G10 is a decent budget device that surprises us with its high CPU frequencies under load. Still, our configuration has a Core i5-1335U which doesn’t require significant cooling, if choose a 28W P-series processor, maybe the situation with the clocks could be different. If you want to play some casual game after work, a memory in dual-channel is a must because it increases greatly the iGPU performance."
