The Apple MacBook Air 15 (2023) usually offers better performance, a high-quality build, and a longer battery life, making it ideal for power users and professionals who need a reliable laptop for tasks like video editing, graphic design, and software development. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" is more affordable and should be sufficient for basic tasks like web browsing, document editing, and watching videos; however, it may not handle intensive tasks as well. If you prioritize portability, the lighter Lenovo might be easier to carry around. The MacBook Air is less portable but typically has a better screen and user experience. Consider how important performance, build quality, and battery life are to you against the higher cost of the MacBook Air. If your main concern is budget and you only need to perform simple tasks, the Lenovo could be the more appropriate choice. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Air 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Apple MacBook Air's display offers high resolution and brightness, making it excellent for everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming, and it covers a wide range of colors crucial for engineering and design work. "The Apple MacBook Air 15 is boringly good. The new MacBook Air 15 is a very good, but also boring device, because apart from the larger screen and the higher price, there are no differences compared to the smaller MacBook Air M2 from last year. No new processor, no additional ports, just the usual basic hardware - but the overall package is extremely good and it simply works. Above all, the lack of fans is an aspect that should not be underestimated in everyday use. In our opinion, the Air could be a lot better, but Apple goes easy on itself here."
"The IdeaPad 1 14 is a simple machine, but it’s well-designed and has nearly everything you’d expect from a no-nonsense laptop that allows you to check emails and get schoolwork or other light tasks done with relative ease. A "true" 128GB SSD (as opposed to an eMMC drive) and a roomy 14-inch full HD display are arguably the star attractions, with the comfortable keyboard and reasonably modern styling playing important backup roles."
