The ASUS Zenbook S 13, being lighter and sporting a higher resolution OLED display with superior color coverage, is perfect for professionals who prioritize portability and screen quality for tasks like photo editing or watching high-quality media. Its battery life is excellent for on-the-go use, and it has a good build and general performance for typical office work or web browsing. On the other hand, the ASUS TUF Gaming A17, with a larger screen, more powerful CPU, and dedicated graphics card, excels in gaming, 3D rendering, and other GPU-intensive tasks. However, it's larger, heavier, and offers lower screen quality and color accuracy. It is also more expensive but can handle more heavy-duty tasks like video editing, gaming, or engineering software. Choose the Zenbook S 13 for portability and daily productivity or the TUF Gaming A17 for performance-intensive tasks and gaming. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Andreas Osthoff | May 2023
"The Asus Zenbook S 13 is the slimmest OLED ultrabook worldwide struggles with annoying fans. The new Zenbook S 13 leaves us with mixed feelings, particularly since last year's model was so good. Asus has completely reworked the device, making the laptop noticeably slimmer. The result also looks good and the case makes a great impression, particularly also in terms of the stability. The new plasma ceramic surface feels great, and there are no problems with fingerprints. In addition, it now includes some of the known connections such as an HDMI port and a regular USB-A connection, which is a good achievement in such a slim device."

Alex Iliev | April 2022
"There is one big question that needs an answer. Is the TUF Gaming A17 FA707 a better purchase than the ROG Strix G17 G713R (2022)? Well, it depends. Undoubtedly, the Strix is the more premium product. Arguably the biggest advantage it has over its TUF fellow is in regards to the display. ASUS TUF Gaming A17 A707’s IPS panel has a Full HD resolution, comfortable viewing angles, and a very good contrast ratio."
