The ASUS Zenbook S 13 is more portable, lighter, and has a higher quality OLED display with better resolution and color accuracy. It's well-suited for general use with good battery life and is priced lower, making it a smart choice for everyday tasks and mobility. On the other hand, the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 is designed for gaming with a powerful Nvidia graphics card, a faster screen refresh rate, and a CPU built for performance, but it's heavier, has a shorter battery life, and is pricier. It excels at demanding tasks like 3D rendering, gaming, and engineering applications. Consider the Scar 15 if you need high performance and don't mind less portability and a higher cost. If mobility and display quality are more important, the Zenbook S 13 is a better fit. Give Feedback

The ASUS Zenbook S 13 has a better screen than the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 for general use, engineering and design, software development, and content creation, while the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 has a better screen for gaming and AI.
The ASUS Zenbook S 13 offers a display with high resolution and brightness, making it ideal for vibrant and clear visuals in everyday tasks, alongside an expanded color gamut that benefits precision in engineering and design work. However, its lower refresh rate limits the smoothness in fast-paced gaming or 3D rendering. Conversely, the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15, while also providing good resolution and brightness for general and engineering needs, similarly falls short for gaming due to its less-than-optimal refresh rate, an essential factor for fluid motion and responsiveness in fast-moving visual content.

How the ASUS Zenbook S 13 and the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 compare to other laptops
"The Asus Zenbook S 13 is the slimmest OLED ultrabook worldwide struggles with annoying fans. The new Zenbook S 13 leaves us with mixed feelings, particularly since last year's model was so good. Asus has completely reworked the device, making the laptop noticeably slimmer. The result also looks good and the case makes a great impression, particularly also in terms of the stability. The new plasma ceramic surface feels great, and there are no problems with fingerprints. In addition, it now includes some of the known connections such as an HDMI port and a regular USB-A connection, which is a good achievement in such a slim device."
"Asus continues to refine the ROG Strix Scar lineup with new upgrades. The Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 offers almost everything you would expect from a gaming laptop at this price. The build quality is great, connectivity options are decent, and there is enough scope for internal upgrades as well. Asus reverts to membrane switches for the keyboard — though not as "clickety" as the opto-mechanical ones we saw with last year's model, they still make for a decent typing and gaming experience. The lack of biometrics in any form is a downer."
