The Acer Swift X offers better performance for intensive tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering, with a slightly higher price. It includes a powerful Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU, which will significantly outperform the HP's integrated graphics, and it also has a larger built-in storage. However, the HP 14" Laptop is less expensive and might be sufficient for general use, with moderate battery life and adequate performance for day-to-day tasks. Both have similar screen size and display quality. If portability is crucial, the Acer is slightly lighter, but if cost is a major factor, the HP may be more appealing. Give Feedback

The Acer Swift X has a better screen than the HP 14" Laptop for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, the Acer Swift X stands out due to its higher resolution and brighter display, providing crisp text and vivid details, while the HP 14" Laptop's screen is adequate but less sharp and dimmer, making it less ideal for prolonged use or multimedia consumption. In engineering and design, the Acer Swift X offers better color accuracy with wider color gamuts, essential for detail-oriented tasks like photo editing or CAD work, where precise color representation is necessary; the HP 14" doesn't quite match up, which may affect professionals who require color fidelity. For 3D and gaming, the refresh rate on both laptops may not be high enough for the smoothest experience, but resolution and panel quality on the Acer Swift X are somewhat better, offering clearer visuals despite not achieving the optimal fluidity that high refresh rates provide.

How the Acer Swift X (2021) and the HP 14" Laptop compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"This feels like an ideal laptop for someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money on a laptop and isn’t too bothered by things like build quality or construction. It’s a laptop that will be used to pay bills, keep track of expenses, do some online shopping, and will be tucked away in a spare bedroom/home office. It’s an appliance designed to do a job without fuss. It’s not a premium experience—the materials do feel a little cheap, the display won’t exactly wow you, and the battery life is nothing to write home about, especially if you’ve used more expensive devices. But overall it’s not too shabby, especially for the price."
