The Acer Swift X (2021) offers a more powerful dedicated graphics card, which is better for tasks such as 3D rendering or playing modern games, while the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 uses integrated graphics which are less suited for these tasks. The Acer is also a bit more portable due to its smaller screen and lighter weight, which might be advantageous if you travel frequently. However, the Dell has touch capabilities and a larger screen with a higher resolution, which can improve productivity and is more comfortable for multitasking or media consumption. It also comes with more RAM by default, which could help with multitasking and more demanding applications. Both laptops have similar storage capacity and run Windows 11, but the Dell comes with the Pro version which includes additional business features. If battery life is a concern, the Acer Swift X has slightly longer average battery life. Consider your primary use case—whether it's gaming and graphics work, where the Acer would excel, or business and multitasking with the need for a touch screen, where the Dell would be more appropriate. How the Acer Swift X (2021) and the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
