The Acer Swift X (2022) is a better option if you're looking for a laptop with higher performance for tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or light gaming, as it has a dedicated Nvidia RTX 3050 graphics card. It's also more portable than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i. However, the Swift X is usually more expensive and has a slightly shorter battery life. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i offers decent performance for general use and engineering tasks at a lower price and provides good battery life, but it's less suitable for graphics-intensive tasks due to the integrated Iris Xe graphics. Both have similar RAM and storage, but the IdeaPad Slim 5i is heavier and thus less convenient to carry around. Give Feedback

The Acer Swift X has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Acer Swift X offers a display with vibrant colors and higher resolution, making it suitable for general use where clarity and visual comfort are key, and also for engineering and design tasks where color accuracy is crucial for precise work. Despite this, its lower refresh rate makes it less ideal for gaming and 3D tasks, which require quick screen updates for smooth visuals. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i provides adequate screen quality for everyday tasks and professional design work, though not as superior in resolution or color range as the Swift X, and similarly falls short for gaming and 3D due to its standard refresh rate.

How the Acer Swift X (2022) and the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5i compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"The device is made for average work loads and if your work has a lot to do with online browsing, using apps that are not power-hungry and streaming videos. The looks are really good and the device in itself is not a heavy one. And with Intel 11th-gen Core processor, you might sail through most of your work without complaints."
