The Acer Swift X (2022) stands out for more intensive tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering due to the inclusion of an Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU which surpasses the Dell Inspiron 16 5625's integrated Vega 8 graphics. Therefore, if your work involves these kinds of tasks, the Acer is the better choice. However, if portability and touch functionality are higher priorities, and you're engaging in standard office or web tasks, the lower-priced Dell Inspiron might be preferable – it also features a touchscreen and is generally less expensive. Keep in mind though that the better portability and price of the Dell come at the cost of decreased performance in those more GPU-intensive areas. Give Feedback

The Acer Swift X has a better screen than the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
When selecting a laptop, the Acer Swift X stands out for general use and engineering tasks due to its vibrant display with higher resolution and brightness, delivering clear and sharp visuals, while also offering broad color coverage crucial for precision in design work. On the contrary, for gaming and 3D applications, it falls short as its refresh rate isn't high enough for the smooth visuals these tasks demand. In contrast, the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 offers adequate display quality for everyday tasks and design with acceptable brightness and color accuracy, yet like the Acer, lacks the high refresh rate sought after by gaming and 3D enthusiasts.

How the Acer Swift X (2022) and the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
