Choosing between the Acer Predator Triton 300 and the HP Dragonfly Pro 14 depends on your priorities. If you're interested in gaming or tasks that benefit from a strong graphics card, like video editing or design, the Acer with its higher performance GPU is desirable, however, it's heavier and bulkier, making it less portable. On the other hand, the HP offers better battery life, a touch screen with a taller aspect ratio for more vertical screen space, and a lighter, more portable design. If portability, battery life, and touchscreen capabilities are more important for everyday tasks and business use, the HP is likely the better pick. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Mike Wobker | December 2020
"In our particular review configuration, the Acer Predator Triton 300 turned out to be a fairly powerful gaming notebook. Both CPU and GPU performance were at a high level, and the aluminum case turned out to be fairly robust. Only the display lid could have been a bit more robust. For customers on a budget that do not mind tinkering with the device’s fan management the Acer Predator Triton 300 can be worth a closer look."

PCWorld

Brendan Nystedt | March 2023
"I’d say that the HP Dragonfly Pro checks off most of the boxes for this freelancer. It feels nice to use, is zippy and responsive, has great speakers, and even has a relatively sane price. Although it’s an unorthodox choice to pick AMD for this kind of machine, it’s clear that when Ryzen is given a chance to shine, it can kick a lot of butt."
