The Gigabyte Aero 16 has a better screen than the Acer Predator Helios 300 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Predator Helios 300 has a display that offers clear visuals and bright colors suitable for everyday tasks and professional design work, but its refresh rate is lower, which is less ideal for the fluid motion needed in gaming and 3D applications. The Gigabyte Aero 16 excels in providing a vibrant and detailed screen with a wide color coverage that is excellent for engineering and design due to its high accuracy in color representation, but like the Predator, it falls short for gaming and 3D because of a lower refresh rate, despite its high resolution and quality panel. For general use, both laptops are more than capable, with the Aero 16 having a slight edge in visual fidelity due to its superior color gamut and brightness, ensuring that images and videos appear more lifelike and vibrant.

How the Acer Predator Helios 300 and the Gigabyte Aero 16 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Predator Helios 300 review is an overclocked gaming laptop with a good display. The Predator is large, heavy, and loud, but also offers plenty of performance according to gamers. An overclocked gaming laptop - or its user - also has to struggle with the usual disadvantages we mentioned above. On the other hand, overclocking is optional, and those who like it quieter and can live with a few less frames per second can also switch to the significantly more moderate Standard mode. Then the Helios 300 won't be any louder than the competitors."
"The Gigabyte Aero 16 is a workstation laptop for light gaming. It's design is still muted, with a silver chassis alongside a black keyboard and trackpad that provides some contrast. The Gigabyte Aero’s full-size chiclet-style keyboard is enjoyable to type on thanks to its snappy feel and responsiveness. The 4K+ AMOLED display is good, but it could be better. It doesn’t handle true black very well and suffers from strong reflections and glare. The Gigabyte Aero excels at productivity performance and can keep up with other gaming laptops in 1080p. But it has very few ports and its refresh rate leaves a bit to be desired."
