The Acer Predator Helios 16 is a solid choice if you're looking for strong performance at a more affordable price, especially with its higher-tier graphics card suitable for demanding tasks such as gaming or 3D rendering. However, it's heavier and larger, which impacts portability. Also, it has longer battery life, which is beneficial if you're frequently on the move. The MSI Stealth GS66, even with a premium price, is lighter and more portable; it also has a higher refresh rate screen, making it excellent for fast-paced gaming. However, it has a lower battery life, and its graphics card, while still powerful, is a notch below the Acer's, which could affect performance in very graphics-intensive tasks. Give Feedback

The Acer Predator Helios 16 has a better screen than the MSI Stealth GS66 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Acer Predator Helios 16 likely has a high-resolution display with excellent color accuracy and brightness, making it great for tasks like browsing and productivity as well as detail-oriented work in engineering and design. However, its refresh rate may be lower, which is less ideal for gaming and 3D applications where smooth motion is crucial. On the other hand, the MSI Stealth GS66 also provides good resolution and color representation for everyday tasks and professional design work, but similarly falls short for gaming and 3D content due to a less optimal refresh rate.

How the Acer Predator Helios 16 and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"The Predator Helios 16 stacks up well against its closest competition in benchmark comparisons. The Acer Predator Helios 16 isn't perfect. It's bulky, its lid feels flimsy and some of its keys are just too damned small – but none of its problems are fatal, and it shines where it counts. The powerful graphics and processor combo are spot on for this price point, the fans stop it getting hot under pressure, and the display is as good as you’ll find under $2,500. It's simply one of the best laptops to play demanding games on."
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
