The Acer Predator Helios 16 offers strong performance with a high-quality graphics card at a midrange price, making it less expensive than the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2. It features a larger display with a high refresh rate suitable for gaming and intensive tasks but is heavier and bulkier, which affects portability. On the other hand, the Surface Laptop Studio 2 is priced at the high end, featuring a unique flexible hinge for versatile use as a laptop or drawing tablet, and comes with a significantly higher amount of memory, boosting multitasking and creative work. However, it has a lower refresh rate screen and lower-rated graphics, which may limit gaming performance, but it is lighter and thinner for better portability. Choose the Helios 16 for performance-focused activities like gaming, or the Surface Laptop Studio 2 for a blend of performance and flexible, creative work while on the go. Give Feedback

How the Acer Predator Helios 16 and the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2 compare to other laptops
"The Predator Helios 16 stacks up well against its closest competition in benchmark comparisons. The Acer Predator Helios 16 isn't perfect. It's bulky, its lid feels flimsy and some of its keys are just too damned small – but none of its problems are fatal, and it shines where it counts. The powerful graphics and processor combo are spot on for this price point, the fans stop it getting hot under pressure, and the display is as good as you’ll find under $2,500. It's simply one of the best laptops to play demanding games on."
"The new Surface Laptop Studio with its foldable display is supposed to replace the old Surface Book and the overall impression is good after our review. The build quality and the materials are top-notch, the performance utilization of the two components is solid and the device does not show any major flaws in terms of display or speakers, either. The folding mechanism leaves a sold impression as well, but it remains to be seen how it will hold up over the years. The so-called presentation mode is also not ideal since it covers the whole keyboard."
