The Lenovo LOQ 15 has a better screen than the Acer Nitro 5 15 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, the Acer Nitro 5 15's display provides clear visuals and is bright enough for comfortable everyday tasks, but the Lenovo LOQ 15's screen combines similar clarity and brightness with superior color accuracy, which benefits tasks that require precise color representation like engineering and design. Although both laptops have display qualities adequate for professional design work, with the Lenovo pulling slightly ahead due to a wider range of colors it can display, they lack the high refresh rates preferred for smooth rendering in gaming and 3D applications, making them less optimal for those fields. The resolution and type of panels on both devices are sufficient for a good viewing experience; however, without a high refresh rate, the visual fluidity that gamers and 3D designers seek is compromised.

How the Acer Nitro 5 15 and the Lenovo LOQ 15 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Nitro 5 is a fast QHD gaming notebook. The Nitro 5 is a well-balanced gaming laptop for just under US$ 2400. A Core i7-12700H CPU and a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU enable QHD gaming at high to maximum settings, accompanied by fast PCIe-4-SSD (1 TB) and 16 GB of RAM. Acer delivers a solid QHD gaming notebook with the Nitro 5 AN515-58. However, the laptop is not completely free of shortcomings. The CPU and GPU can work at consistently high clock rates. The laptop heats up noticeably under load, but not excessively. Noise development is on the usual class level. Once again, however, Acer needs to improve the fan control."
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
