The Acer Aspire Vero 15 offers more storage, a faster processor, better graphics capabilities, and a larger screen size, which makes it well-suited for intense engineering tasks, 3D rendering, and machine learning applications than the Gateway 11.6". However, the Gateway is more budget-friendly, very portable due to its smaller size and lighter weight, and has an excellent keyboard and portability score. If you predominantly need a laptop for general use and appreciate a smaller footprint for easier travel, the Gateway might fit your needs. On the other hand, if you require high performance for demanding tasks and prefer a larger screen, the Acer would be a better option despite being less portable and more expensive. Give Feedback

The Acer Aspire Vero 15 has a better screen than the Gateway 11.6" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Acer Aspire Vero 15 offers a balance suitable for everyday tasks, providing decent resolution and brightness, but it may lack the wider color range and high refresh rates desired for specialized tasks like engineering, design, and gaming. On the other hand, the Gateway 11.6" falls short across these areas due to its lower resolution and inferior brightness, making it less ideal for any kind of specialized work, and especially for tasks that require fine detail and fluid motion. When it comes to engineering and design, the Acer would perform better given its fair screen capabilities, but both laptops would not meet the higher standards required by professionals for color accuracy and detail.

"The Acer Aspire Vero is an eco-friendly Windows 11 laptop. Made with PCR plastic, the Acer Aspire Vero stands out from the midrange laptop pack with a funky, eco-friendly design. Powering Microsoft’s latest operating system is a Core i7 chip from Intel’s latest series, integrated Intel Xe graphics, and an ample 16GB of RAM. The laptop feels snappy, but its battery life disappoints. I also have a few quibbles with the display and keyboard, but they’re relatively minor. With a longer runtime, the Aspire Vero would earn a stronger recommendation for students or anyone looking for an eco-friendly, big-screen laptop."
