If you prioritize affordability and need a computer for basic tasks, the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is substantially less costly and offers modest performance with a fanless design for quiet operation. It's a versatile device with a touchscreen and a comfortable size for portability. However, if you require a laptop for high-performance tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or machine learning, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 is the better choice with its superior processor, graphics, and larger storage capacity. It also has a better screen for fast motion and color-critical work, although it's less portable and costs more. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 offers a balance between resolution and brightness, while the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 delivers a more vivid and sharper display. In engineering and design work, the ASUS stands out with its higher color accuracy and wider color gamut, providing more precise color representation which is crucial for those fields. How the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 and the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | November 2023
"The Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and its compact design makes it easy to carry around. The battery lasts around seven hours of light use, so you only have to plug it in for a short time to get through a typical school day. The overall user experience is so-so; the display looks sharp but dim, and the touchpad is fairly responsive, albeit small."
"As long as you're aware of the fact that the GeForce RTX 3080 laptop version can only unfold its potential to a limited extent due to Asus's low TDP setting and that it can be slower than a fast RTX 3070 laptop, the ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503Q cuts a fine figure. One of the biggest highlights turns out to be the WQHD panel, since it attracts customers with 165 Hz, relatively fast response times, FreeSync, and good color-space coverage. Other selling points are the surprisingly rich sound, the long battery life, and the sleek design. In terms of looks, the white edition stands out nicely from the competition."
