The Acer Aspire 3 14 is more budget-friendly, with decent performance for general use, longer battery life, and it's lighter for better portability. The MSI Stealth GS66, on the other hand, is more expensive but offers high-end performance, making it suitable for 3D work, machine learning, gaming, and engineering tasks. It has a better screen, more RAM, a more powerful processor and graphics card, but it's heavier and has shorter battery life, making it less portable than the Acer. Choose the Acer for cost-effectiveness and everyday tasks, or the MSI if you need a powerful laptop for specialized, intensive tasks. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS66 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
When considering general use, the Acer Aspire 3's screen provides adequate colors and detail for everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming but falls short in brightness and sharpness compared to higher-end displays. For engineering and design work, both laptops offer satisfactory screen quality with decent color accuracy, but the MSI Stealth GS66 stands out with its better coverage of color gamuts, making it more suitable for professional photo editing and precision tasks. Lastly, for gaming and 3D applications, despite the good resolution and panel technology, both laptops' screens underperform due to an insufficient refresh rate, which is pivotal for smooth motion and gameplay rendering.

How the Acer Aspire 3 14 and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
