The Acer Aspire 3 is less expensive and offers good battery life; it's lightweight and suited for general use or less demanding tasks. The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a higher price but includes stronger performance capabilities, making it better for 3D rendering, machine learning, engineering, and gaming. It also boasts a higher-quality display and build but is heavier and less portable. If the budget is a priority and your tasks aren't intensive, go for the Acer. For higher performance and better visuals at a higher cost and with less portability, choose the Gigabyte Aero 5. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Acer Aspire 3's screen offers adequate resolution and brightness, making it suitable for everyday tasks like browsing and document editing, but the Gigabyte Aero 5's superior panel delivers sharper and brighter visuals for a more immersive experience. When it comes to engineering and design, the Gigabyte Aero 5 excels with its wide color gamut ensuring precise color representation, whereas the Acer Aspire 3 may fall short for professional color work. However, for 3D applications and gaming where a high refresh rate is crucial, both laptops don't meet the mark, with the Aero 5's excellent resolution and panel type only partially compensating for the lack of smooth motion display.

"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
