The Acer Aspire 3 14 has better performance with more storage and RAM, which is suitable for more intensive tasks like engineering and can handle general use comfortably. On the flip side, it's heavier and a bit pricier than the ASUS R410MA. The ASUS has a simpler processor and significantly less storage, making it suitable for basic tasks, and it's more lightweight for portability. Battery life is similar in both, but keep in mind the Acer's display is superior with a higher resolution, which matters if you work with visuals frequently. Neither is designed for intensive gaming. PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | August 2021
"The Asus Laptop L410 is a super-affordable PC, even among budget notebooks, compromising on the display and processing power to deliver a serviceable Windows machine with good battery life and useful ports. The build is reasonably solid, there’s a good mix of ports, battery life is long enough, and it can perform basic everyday tasks. On the flip side, the screen is poor, anything other than basic tasks is a tough ask, and it has little memory and even less storage."
