If price is a major consideration and you primarily listen to music or watch TV and videos, the Sony MDREX15AP earbuds, with their budget-friendly cost, could be the better choice as they offer very good sound quality for music and excellent performance for TV and video. However, they do not support wireless connectivity and their sound isolation is just good, which may not be ideal in noisy environments. In contrast, the Youthwhisper Bone Conduction Headphones are more expensive but offer a unique open-ear experience through bone conduction, which allows you to stay aware of your surroundings, making them suitable for use during exercise with their sweatproof and dustproof design. They also support wireless connectivity, but provide poor overall sound quality and sound isolation, so if audio fidelity and blocking out ambient noise are priorities, they may not be the best choice. "At the ultra budget $10 price-point (and we’ve seen the no-mic version go for as cheap as $7), I’d say these are a decent option if you’re looking for a passable pair of earbuds for basic use that’s as cheap as possible. I wouldn’t say they feel or sound as good as some of the ultra-budget alternatives out there – of which there are a few at this point – but some might disagree. I will say though that the cable is a little bit nicer than those of that same competition."
"If you're looking for a pair of headphones that can be worn while running or cycling, these Youthwhisper Bone Conduction Headphones are a great alternative to more expensive models. They're lightweight and compact, so they won't get in the way when wearing them while exercising. Plus, they have a built-in microphone so you can take calls during your workout without having to stop and fumble with your phone. The sound quality is great for this style of headphones, and it has many other cool features."
