If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and primarily need earbuds for music listening or TV with a wired connection, Sony MDREX15AP would be suitable since they have excellent TV and music scores and have a very good comfort score. However, if you need earbuds with wireless capabilities, active noise cancelling, superior call quality, and additional features like app customization, battery life, and optimized performance for both Android and Apple devices, and don't mind spending more, Sony WF1000XM3 would be the better choice despite their poor gaming and TV scores. The WF1000XM3 also offers virtual surround sound, but remember, this feature requires supported apps. Give Feedback

"At the ultra budget $10 price-point (and we’ve seen the no-mic version go for as cheap as $7), I’d say these are a decent option if you’re looking for a passable pair of earbuds for basic use that’s as cheap as possible. I wouldn’t say they feel or sound as good as some of the ultra-budget alternatives out there – of which there are a few at this point – but some might disagree. I will say though that the cable is a little bit nicer than those of that same competition."
"Wireless earbuds are a dime a dozen, and the Sony WF-1000XM3 makes it easy to justify the cost. The design and comfort are good, and the connection strength is consistent. While the lack of aptX or LDAC support is a big drawback, DSEE HX processing improves low-quality audio files. If you want stylish active noise canceling (ANC) earbuds, the WF-1000XM3 needs to be at the top of your list."
