If you are on a tight budget, the Sony MDR-ZX110 might be appealing due to its lower cost. These are wired, on-ear headphones that are less portable but can be good for casual music listening and are foldable for easier storage. However, they don't have features like active noise cancelling and are not suited for exercise, air travel, or environments where noise isolation is important. The Soundcore Life P3, while more expensive, is a pair of wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling, making them better for noise isolation and travel. They also offer sweatproof certification, which is great for exercising. The Life P3 provides app customization with an equalizer, and they are optimized for both Android and Apple devices but have a shorter battery life compared to the Sony headphones which do not require charging. If you need built-in controls and versatility for use in different environments, the Life P3 may be the better choice, despite the higher investment. Give Feedback

Audio.org | December 2022
"My opinion about Sony MDR ZX110 is they are the best budget headphones of Sony with top-class sound. Clear vocals, great bass, and balanced sound with low sound distortion. The treble could be sharper, but it's ok. 30 mm neodymium dynamic drivers give clear and precise audio, and an inline remote with a mic give decent call quality. Closed-Back Design also helps to improve sound performance."

Tom's Guide

Alex Bracetti | July 2021
"Anker continues its trend of stealth releases, recently dropping the Soundcore Life P3 out of nowhere. This product essentially replaces the disappointing Life A2 NC as the brand’s flagship ANC model under $100. It comes with bassy audio and enough features to give even the best noise-cancelling earbuds pause."
