If you prioritize cost and portability, the Skullcandy Dime 2 may be more suitable as it’s less expensive and scores higher in portability. It’s also a strong choice if you engage in frequent exercise, as it is sweatproof and has a secure fit. However, the Soundcore Space A40 offers better overall sound quality and higher noise isolation, making them ideal for environments where ambient noise can be distracting. Both provide wireless convenience, but if battery life is crucial, the Soundcore's longer battery life could tip the scales. The A40 also supports wireless charging and an app with equalizer settings, offering a more customizable listening experience. Neither is optimal for gaming or TV due to latency. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Jasper Lastoria | March 2022
"With the low price, it’s a low-risk investment. The Dime 2 is a decent set of backup buds for those times when you don’t want to risk your more upscale buds. If it weren’t for the lackluster battery life, I’d say everyone should have a pair as a spare for music."

"The Anker Soundcore Space A40 is an excellent deal if you want affordable noise canceling earbuds with great sound. The baseline frequency response is enjoyable, and the many EQ presets to choose from plus the ability to customize your sound profile makes it good for pretty much anyone. The noise canceling is quite good, and the many ear tips to choose from ensure a good fit for the noise canceling and isolation to do its job."
