If you prioritize wireless convenience and high-quality audio with modern features like active noise cancelling, lossless streaming, and Snapdragon Sound Technology, go for the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4. They are also versatile, being good for music, calls, gaming, TV, and even exercise with sweatproof certification. However, if you're on a budget and need a headset primarily for gaming and calls with a boom mic, the Turtle Beach Recon 70 is a strong contender at a lower price point, although it lacks wireless capability, noise cancellation, and is not optimized for exercise or travel. Keep in mind, the Turtle Beach's build and sound isolation are not as robust as the Sennheiser's. Give Feedback

What HiFi

Andy Madden | January 2024
"It’s fair to say our brief time with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 was a generally positive one. Comfort levels seem similar to what we have experienced before and the general flavour of sound was to our liking although we need to get a pair in to test and put up against the big rivals at the money from Bose and Sony. It could be an interesting contest."

Sound Guys

Sam Moore | September 2022
"There aren’t many considerations to make here. The Turtle Beach Recon 70 sounds decent, offers solid chat audio, feels good to wear over long periods, and it works everywhere. If you’re in the market for a simple plug-and-play option, you could do a whole lot worse (and spend a whole lot more money). Regardless, if getting something cheap that works well is the only thing you care about, this is a great option."
