If gaming and critical listening are important to you, the Audeze Maxwell headphones offer excellent build quality and sound, with a boom mic that's great for clear communication, but they're heavier and not as portable. Conversely, if you're seeking versatility for travel, sports, and use on-the-go, the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds provide very good sound quality, active noise cancelling, and sweat resistance, but may not be as immersive for dedicated listening sessions. Both support high-quality codecs for music, but Sennheiser's lower latency is better suited for video content. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Christian Thomas | August 2023
"Despite a few caveats, the Audeze Maxwell is one of the best-performing gaming headsets on the market and should top the ranks for a few buyers — provided the budget (and neck strength) is there. Gaming headsets have their work cut out for them, and their audience is historically unkind to performance flaws. If you’re an older gamer with some cash to blow, you should be pleased with the Audeze Maxwell."

What HiFi

Andy Madden | January 2024
"It’s fair to say our brief time with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 was a generally positive one. Comfort levels seem similar to what we have experienced before and the general flavour of sound was to our liking although we need to get a pair in to test and put up against the big rivals at the money from Bose and Sony. It could be an interesting contest."
