If you prioritize the most recent technology and features like AptX Lossless for high-quality audio streaming, low latency for gaming, and active noise cancelling, the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 would be a better choice. They're also well-suited for exercise, given their sweatproof certification. However, their premium price is higher than the Sony WF1000XM3. Meanwhile, the Sony WF1000XM3 provides very good noise isolation and sound quality at a midrange price. They are slightly better for calls and meetings but are not suitable for gaming or TV due to high latency and do not support the latest codecs or sweat resistance for exercise. Choose the Sony if cost and call quality are significant factors or Sennheiser for cutting-edge features and versatility in usage scenarios. Give Feedback

How the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 and the Sony WF1000XM3 compare to other earbuds and headphones
"It’s fair to say our brief time with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 was a generally positive one. Comfort levels seem similar to what we have experienced before and the general flavour of sound was to our liking although we need to get a pair in to test and put up against the big rivals at the money from Bose and Sony. It could be an interesting contest."
"Wireless earbuds are a dime a dozen, and the Sony WF-1000XM3 makes it easy to justify the cost. The design and comfort are good, and the connection strength is consistent. While the lack of aptX or LDAC support is a big drawback, DSEE HX processing improves low-quality audio files. If you want stylish active noise canceling (ANC) earbuds, the WF-1000XM3 needs to be at the top of your list."
