If you prioritize having a secure fit and health tracking features during exercise, the Sennheiser Momentum Sport would be the better choice, as they include silicone fins and track heart rate and body temperature. However, for slightly less money, the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 offers comparable sound quality and slightly longer battery life, making them a great option for general use, including calls and entertainment. Both have active noise cancelling and are sweatproof, but if you prefer headphones that are also dustproof and tailored for sports, the Momentum Sport edges out. Keep in mind though, the Momentum True Wireless 4 features the Qualcomm S5 Sound Gen 2 processor and Snapdragon Sound Technology, which may provide a superior listening experience with lossless streaming if you're an audiophile. How the Sennheiser Momentum Sport and the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 compare to other earbuds and headphones
"We hadn't been expecting a new pair of dedicated sports buds but the surprise was nonetheless exciting. I got to try out the new buds at CES 2024 and while they have stayed true to delivering that "signature" Sennheiser sound, with a wide soundstage and strong sense of detail, it’s the extra wearable tech inside them that stands out to me against the best workout headphones."
"It’s fair to say our brief time with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 was a generally positive one. Comfort levels seem similar to what we have experienced before and the general flavour of sound was to our liking although we need to get a pair in to test and put up against the big rivals at the money from Bose and Sony. It could be an interesting contest."
