If you prioritize convenience and portability, the Sony WF1000XM5 earbuds are wireless, making them suitable for on-the-go use and exercise, and they feature active noise cancellation to block out ambient noise. In contrast, the Rode NTH-100M headphones are wired, which generally provides a more stable connection and potentially better sound quality, but limits mobility. The Rode headphones may also have a more durable build and a microphone, which is ideal if you record audio or take calls often. Consider the Sony earbuds for a premium, portable experience and the Rode headphones if you're after sturdier construction and a fixed-use setting. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Harley Maranan | July 2023
"The Sony WF-1000XM5 is among the best noise canceling earbuds currently on the market, and they aren’t cheap. These earbuds aren’t the best choice for budget-conscious listeners. But if you prioritize active noise cancelation, sound quality, and extensive software support, the WF-1000XM5 is worth its premium price tag."
